Our services include restaurant dining, takeaway orders, reservations, and related hospitality services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Reservations can be made by phone or through our contact forms. We reserve the right to confirm all reservations. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future reservation availability. We reserve the right to release tables after a 15-minute grace period.
All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments. Payment is due upon receipt of services. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable health regulations. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation or placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations.
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Artqjua or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Our restaurant name, logo, and branding elements are trademarks of Artqjua B.V.
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner when using our services or visiting our establishment. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises and termination of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artqjua B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Artqjua B.V. regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
